TYMC multifunction timegrapher MTG-5000 (TCXO and TYAPS)
The watch timing machine TYMC multifunction timegrapher MTG-5000 is the state-of-the-art top model for professional use.
With a high resolution 7" color TFT display, the TYAPS signal processing unit, a horizontally divisible screen, a resolution of 0,2 s/d for rate, a highly stable temperature
compensated TCXO time base and a long-term monitoring function for rate and amplitude, it is best equipped to meet all requirements of a professional watch service.
The TYAPS signal processing unit has a very powerful AGC (automatic gain control), it adjusts the signal gain automatically and filters side noise. Measuring is highly stable and reliable (especially the
amplitude).
The TCXO timebase is temperature compensated and highly stable for exact measuring.
The programmed testmode:
The watch can be tested for a defined time in up to 6 positions (positions for measuring can be selected). After completion of the test program, the test results are displayed
as a test report including beat rate, beat error and amplitude in each single position. It also renders the maximum difference of the beat rate and amplitude of the
6 positions.
The horizontally divisible screen:
To display double the length of the diagram at once the screen can be divided horizontally.
The long term monitoring mode:
Rate and amplitude can be measured for up to 32 hours and can be displayed numerically or graphically in a diagram.
Own measuring programs can be created, where parameters like division of the timeline, measuring time and measuring position can be set.
The resolution:
In order to adjust watches very accurately, the graphic and numeric resolution can be switched from 1 s/d to 0,2 s/d.
With the available optional printer (THERMOPRINT) the graphic and numeric results of all measurements and the result of the programmed test can be printed.
The automatic stepper motor driven microphon AUTOMIC-1 (available optionally) can be connected and employed to handle the programmed test mode and the long-term
monitoring programs automatically.
